We received a referral to Tim Unsted Building from a friend in the building industry. After speaking with other builders during a tender process we engaged their services because of their enthusiasm to be involved in the project, the approach of Tim and Steve to be onsite everyday directing their team during the build, along with the competitive and transparent tender price and related contractual arrangements. Our brief was to complete an extensive renovation to our newly purchased but very old home to plans provided by Skale Building Design. Tim, Steve, and their team were great to work with and were very constructive in their ideas when hurdles arose during the build process, rather than seeing obstacles as problems. Given we had limited experience in building projects, it was reassuring having Tim and Steve onsite daily, providing the knowledge and experience to foresee issues before they became critical, along with providing solutions that improved the end result. Their attention to detail on the project provided us with confidence in the decision making process and execution of the brief through the course of the build. Their focus was always on us the clients and delivering an exceptional outcome for the construction of our home.
