At Tim Unsted Building, we believe design is about solving a set of problems that’s often greater than just aesthetics. We pride ourselves with strong communication skills and our philosophy is to work collaboratively with each client to ensure an optimal outcome.

Our Interior Design service offers all aspects of Residential and Commercial design, from concept to completion adhering to our clients brief and budget.

Process

The process will depend on the size and nature of your project, we begin by meeting with you at your location to discuss the scope of your project, after which we will provide you with a return brief and quote.

If you decide to proceed, we will discuss/meet again to discuss the first stage in more detail before presenting you with a couple of preliminary concepts, usually including visual aids, such as drawings and samples.

Depending on the scope, we will source products locally. From there we discuss and finalise the design and we will compile the final documentation, including technical drawings for joiners (if required) and a schedule (list of all finishes and products, detailing suppliers, prices, warranties, etc.). All concepts and designs will require your sign off before we move forward with the next step.

Once completed, you will have everything you need to start the building process.
