A home renovation with a goal to maximise the clients return on their investment. This 1980’s property underwent an extensive renovation and was transformed from a simple 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house to a contemporary 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom opened planned design featuring a pool with a stunning coloured, exposed, illuminated polished concrete path surroundings
Client Brief
This project was an internal and external refurbishment to modernise the home adding extra bedrooms, bathrooms and converting the kitchen, dining and living areas into an open planned space that allowed for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
